1. Remove the analysis case upper according to the steps 1 through 3 in the section 7.18. Replacement of Incidence Polarizer R and B . 3. Install new PBS array. Note Be careful not to mistake the direction inside and outside, upper and lower . Be careful not to touch the surface of PBS array.
